Start of Labor?

So I’m 40weeks and 3 days, supposed to induce tomorrow! And I woke up at 3:30am with what I thought to be bad gas pains/I needed to go to the bathroom so I did and went to lay back down but it started hurting again so I got up a couple more times like this. Each time I laid down I’d have a wave that was more painful so I’ve started tracking them. So far very irregular but about 45sec-1.5 long..

Is it normal for earlyy labor to feel like gas/bathroom pain? And have loose bm’s?

My mucus plug has been pretty much gone for a couple weeks cause I’ve been 3 cm for a couple weeks but I just wiped and now the mucus is pink tinged when all yesterday it was normal.. and I have a constant achy feeling in the lower abdomen between what maybe contractions.
