Pcos and pregnancy?

Anyone with severe pcos have any luck with pregnancy? Im at my wits end and I honeslty feel so discouraged. Just want to know if anyone else has a success story that can cheer me up and give me some hope. Been ttc for 4 yrs, i have a stepdaughter whos about to turn 3 but its just not the same. I want to give her a sibling and be a mommy to my own child. So tired and drained from all this. My heart hurts so bad, theres nothing i want more in the world than to be a real mommy to my own kid. 😢
