Pregnant and confused

So I’ve slept with two different guys and I was tracking my period so you’d think I’d know who the dad could be but I truly don’t. Here’s what happened. My last real period was Jan 29. I had sex Feb 11 and a few other times around there. I took a test Feb 28 bc I never had a real period but it was negative. I spotted and had what I felt like was a period but I can’t be for sure bc my normal period lasts 7 days and is heavy. I ended up having sex with a different guy March 6,7, and 10. I then took a test 1-2 weeks later and I got a positive. I haven’t seen a doctor yet to do a dating scan so I can’t say for sure what my due date is or who the father would be. I only told the first guy because I truly think he may be the father but I could be wrong and it could be the second guy. What should I do here? Should I tell the second guy too or just wait? I never thought I’d be in this predicament and since the Coronavirus is spreading quickly where I live they won’t see me for non essential appts yet.
