39 and 2

I was having irregular contractions all day yesterday starting at 0430. Woke up this morning at 0230 to use the bathroom and to my surprise had my bloody show. Went back and laid down. Got up a hour later to use the bathroom when I got back to bed and settled down I felt the baby punch really hard, and had a gush of fluid that didn’t stop. Woke up my husband and headed for the hospital. After about 2 hours of being here I had pain meds and a epidural. I am now 3cm dilated and 85% effaced. Looks like today is a great day to have a baby!!
