I have a 3 month old son and he has the flu what are somethings I could give him

There is like nothing really safe, all you can do is baby vicks, Tylenol for fever (check with doc for dose), sleep at an incline, possibly a humidifier. Call your pediatrician for suggestions on comfort meds
