The begining of Feb was really sick

Felt like I do now. On set all of a sudden sore throat, congested and cheat tightness. Felt like I was getting bronchitis. Lasted for a few days, seemed to be going away and then would come back. I had a sore throat mild a few days ago (woke up with it) went away after an hour, got it again two days ago and then after half the day it went away and now I'm sick but also late for my period (ttc) but late and neg test and really really really hardly can see faint pos and false pos and then neg neg neg. Idk what that has to do with it. I get chest pain and got it three days in a row (didnt last long) and in my back in the spot thats been hurting for a few years (have back prob, thinking that was another nerve messing with me because I always lifted heavy things and slipped disk run in my fam) it's almost in the center below my shoulder blades. Have dizziness and head aches thinking may be preg??? I hope this isn't that virus. I'm paniking and freaking out. What do y'all think
