Expected Ovulation day and this is what I see. HELP!

As according to Glow today is my ovulation day. I tested my temperature this morning and it went up by .6, I’m confused. About an hour ago I’ve being feeling like I wanted to pee or a gush feeling coming from my vagina, each time I placed my fingers there this is what I see. Am I ovulating? I haven’t had egg white cm in over 8 months. My cycle is always on time 28 days each month. HELP!!
