Spina bifida

I just got a call from my doctor that my recent blood test indicates that our baby is at increased risk of having spina bifida or some other neural tube defect. They won't know for sure and to what extent until I have a more in depth ultrasound. Needless to say, I'm scared beyond belief. Has anyone else gotten these same results or know someone who did? What was the outcome? Any prayers or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated
