I have had 3 missed miscarriages - no bleeding, no sign at all that growth had stopped. For the most recent, I had a D&C on 2/4. I have not gotten a period. I had used a few pregnancy test strips at random times since that were all negative.

Two nights ago I had twingy pains in the middle of my pelvis/uterus. I thought it was odd so I used two pregnancy test strips and both had a faint positive. I had some brownish spotting/discharge that increased yesterday. Took a first response - a faint positive. This morning I used two pregnancy test strips and both are negative. Now I’m getting a little crampy. Went to the bathroom and had a few nude-colored stringy/tissuey pieces in the toilet and some pink on the toilet paper.

Do you think this is an early miscarriage?
