Biggest symptom before miscarriage?

Hi ladies, wondering what your biggest symptom was before you miscarried? I started getting pretty bad low back pain before I even got my positive test and it lasted throughout my pregnancy and even up until 2 weeks after my D&C. I know low back pain can be normal due to hormones but mine was almost debilitating. I’m wondering if that was an early sign that something was wrong. Any insight would be very much appreciated! 💗

Mine was when my breasts stopped hurting and nausea went away.  They say loss of symptoms is normal, but it wasn’t for me that time.

Ton of cramping at first followed by bleeding soon after

I had a missed miscarriage and just had a D&C on St Patrick’s Day. Two weeks ago we had our first ultrasound where I was suppose to be 10w2d but there was not heartbeat. The baby stopped developing at 8w5d. I had no cramping, bleeding or any sort of pain. At 9 weeks I did notice that my symptoms began to disappear and that made me worry. So my disappearance of symptoms was my indication that something was wrong. However, my Dr. stressed to me that this also happens during healthy pregnancies and in the future it won’t always indicate a miscarriage.

Your body will tell you.. mine starting with cramps.. but like painful cramps followed by heavy bleeding

Mild cramps the whole time then symptoms started going away. I never had any bleeding or morning sickness. I had to get a d&e this week.
