We only talk for a few minutes a day.

My boyfriend and I have been doing the whole long distance thing due to him moving across the country abruptly, which has resulted in him only speaking to me for 20/30 minutes or even less per day.

He doesn’t have a 9-5. He does freelance work so he’s pretty free all day unless he’s working on a commission. He says that he’s super busy with getting to know his new roommates and working with them on art-related stuff so he doesn’t have much time to talk.

I call bullshit.

Whenever I bring up how I feel, he makes me feel like I’m crazy and needy and that I complain too much.

I just don’t see how I’m supposed to be okay with just talking for a few minutes a day. He doesn’t even text me or respond to my texts.

I think it’s time to hang it up.

What do you guys think? Is anyone really THAT busy?
