Am I wrong for being creeped out?

So I live with my grandma and her husband (not my actual granddad) and I’ve been living there for almost three years and some months.. so today she randomly tells me “ you need to stop walking around the house in just a towel when u get out the shower”... so I’m like “ ok, sorry I didn’t know i was doing anything wrong you’ve never said anything before” and she goes “he probably wasn’t seeing you before” (her husband)😕 and I was just like ok.. and walked away... everytime I get out the shower I go straight into my room . I have NEVER walked around freely in just a towel simply because it’s not my home , I don’t even walk around without a bra on. The bathroom and my room has always been very close . It’s literally the next door. So I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong all of a sudden. It kind of makes me uncomfortable because now All that’s going through my mind is does he make comments about me? Is he looking at me now???? It’s so random and I’m just super uncomfortable now thinking about what made her all of a sudden look at this as a problem
