Uti symptoms always after sex

So everytime I have sex I get symptoms of a uti. Frequent urinating lower abdominal pain when peeing or just in general. It also burns when I’m not peeing and just feels tingily. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to stop this from happening. It’s so annoying. We don’t use condoms or lube just saliva. I also don’t use anything to wash my vag just rinse w water. Someone please help i need help and it bothers me
