Not on BC anymore and cumming

So I’ve been off my birth control since we got married in November. I got off of it because I didn’t like being on it and it messed with my hormones and sex drive. While I was on birth control we didn’t use condoms and he would cum in me. Obviously we both enjoyed it. Now that I’m not on BC anyone, he said he isn’t comfortable cumming in me. I’m okay with it, as I don’t have regular periods and I don’t think it would be as easy as he thinks for me to get pregnant.

We are struggling mentally with not finishing sex they way we used to. Anyone have any suggestions that we could make it better again?
