My cycle is making me feel a little paranoid

Feb 6th-12th I had a normal cycle & stopped taking my bc pill. Feb 14th hubby & I had unprotected sex, 2ww ended up with vvvvfl. I gave up testing & just carried on business as usual. Hubby & I had unprotected sex again Feb 26th & Mar 7th. My next period was late & was super weird Mar 13th-17th had some light pink & brown spotting & really really light bleeding. I've been getting nauseous super easy & my stomach has been unsettled the past few days. I don't want to test again because I feel like I'll be setting myself up for disappointment. Instead I'll ask if anyone else has had a similar cycle(s)?
