How long did it take you to conceive?

It’s my first cycle trying! How long did it take you to conceive? What did you do that you recommend to try to increase chances?

I’m a twin and she literally got pregnant the very first try not doing anything but tracking her cycle. I have been trying for 8 months doing OPKS, vitamins, SMEP Plan etc and NOTHING. Goes to show how everyone truly is different

One thing I wish I had done sooner is read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. I’m on my 3rd cycle TTC after implementing Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) but I’m on my 3rd year total with PCOS. We did conceive once about two months after we started trying, but it ended in a chemical and I haven’t gotten pregnancy since. Since I started taking Vitex and Myo-Inositol to regulate my cycles, and since I’ve learned to read my fertility signs, I feel much more hopeful about this year TTC.

3 years still trying. Miscarriage in 2018 and a chemical pregnancy this last cycle. Everyone is different.

It took me 2 months and I used Opks to track my ovulation to time intercourse
