Rash issue

So we’ve been dealing with a rash for about 2 months now we originally thought she had some eczema going on then we went to urgent care and they said it was a kind of virus prescribed steroids and cream well it didn’t help so contacted the doctor they figured it was scabies with her symptoms so got prescribed new medication well I’m not so sure that’s what it is it’s like a rash with bite looking marks but it seems to be in different spots and is now located on her ear and she’s complaining her ear hurts we are on lockdown and don’t want to take her to hospital or anywhere unless it’s true emergency I haven’t changed anything for it to be a reaction either any thoughts? Ideas?
