Think badly about them. They are a jerk or an a-hole etc. Keep yourself busy, and forget them. Block and delete them on everything. Know that you deserve better. Spend time with friends and family or walk dogs or babysit they will comfort you. Read books, get educated, knock things off your bucket list. Travel when this crap is over. Volunteer: read to the blind or children in a hospital or feed the homeless at a soup kitchen etc. sometimes you just need a change of prospective and not focus on yourself but on others instead.
