Help!!!!

I just had my first baby 10 weeks ago, emergency section. I had the implant put in on the 19th of February but I had sex 2 days before it went in. But I then got my period from the 26th February to the 9th of march, I’ve been having sex just withdrawal between then start of February until present. Before I had my baby my period was so so so irregular I never knew when it would appear, so I’m thinking that maybe my period is still the same and it’s just trying to regulate from having my baby and getting the implant put in. But apparently I’m 2 days late, how common is it to get pregnant after having a baby and having a contraceptive? Could my body just be getting used to everything again?
