Weight gain yet??

Question

Has anyone gained any weight yet with all these cravings? I feel ravenous all the time but have been trying to be reasonable and I weighed myself this morning and already gained 1 lb 😞 I know it doesn’t sound like much, but I lost 85lbs in the 9 months leading to this pregnancy, and it’s such a mental thing now any time I gain any weight.... I know it’s going to happen when pregnant, but SO hard to see after busting my ass for so long to drop so much weight in a short amount of time.

I feel ya on the weight loss and worry. And congratulations on your success!  Just know that you’ve created these great habits foe a reason and when you have your precious bundle, you will know exactly how to get it off again.

Your weight will fluctuate day to day regardless of being pregnant, so 1 pound is absolutely nothing! Probably just a 💩
I do get how you're feeling though. I've been so hungry and not eating as good as I usually would. I don't actually have scales so can't weigh myself.
Just try to think that your body will tell you when to eat, and try and get as much nutrients in as you can 😊

I have been so sick this first trimester that I lost 11 lbs and that worries me. Everyone is different. Wish I was in your boat and gained an could eat. No worries! Breastfeeding is such a work out. I would drip sweat and the weight rolled off me. This is the one time in your life when it’s great to be big and beautiful. Embrace that pot belly 🥰
