Cramps?

So for the past week I’ve been having these cramps. They are like intense period cramps and then relief, then again period cramp and then relief. That’ll last for however long and then it’ll finally stop! Last week it got so bad the pain was even in my lower back. Anyone else experiencing this or know what it could be? My husband keeps telling me I need to rest and slow down but I personally don’t think I do a lot. By the way I am 24 weeks and 3 days.
