Help me
Okay so back in January I had surgery to remove my endometriosis. Every now and then I still get a cramp here and there but not nearly as bad as it was. It used to be so bad that I couldn't get out of bed for anything. I missed work, I missed school and after I had the surgery I thought, "oh wow, this is great I hardly ever get cramps and when I do they are completely manageable". Well for the last day or two I have had extremely severe cramps on and off. When I don't have them it's great I can do just about anything. When I have them I'm back to not moving or wanting to get up and just sitting with my ice pack in extreme pain. I know I'm probably rambling and not making any sense but I guess what I'm asking is what helps you get rid of the pain? I have taking ibuprofen, Tylenol, naproxen, and none of those have even made the pain slightly better. It's just a full forced extruciating pain.
I have tried meds (like said above), bath (makes it worse), heat pad (doesn't make a difference).
When I got it removed the doctor gave me a few ideas of what I can try to help prevent it from growing back, I finally decided what med I wanna try after thinking about it for a while but with everything going on I don't wanna be that bother some patient that comes in for something minor while people are getting sick and or dying.
So any tips are well appreciated.
Again sorry for this probably not making sense.
