Any idea what this is???

My baby keeps randomly getting these places on her, she’s had one on her ankle, outer thigh, inner thigh, and right above her butt crack. I have no idea what it could be, and now I’m starting to worry. She’s only 5 months old. They heal in a day or two when I put neosporin on them, and a bandaid..
