Spotting after period

Hello all!

I just got my normal period it stopped for a day and now I am spotting again. With the spotting I’m on day 9 of my “period” I have had my copper iud for 5 years now and was seen by the gyno less then two months ago. Does this happen to anyone else? Could it be stress related with everything that’s going on? I am not usually super regular but recently my periods have not been lasting this long with spotting.
