Is there hope?

July of 2019 we found out we were finally pregnant. We had been trying for over four years after I had my tubal reversal. Four days later we would be devastated sitting in the ER being told my Hcg was at a 12. I was 5 weeks and 1 day. Our baby didn't stick. We are still trying with zero success. We are talking about trying IUI a few times to see if that works, but has anyone ever went that route? What all have any of you tried when TTC after a loss? I'll be 34 soon and my husband 42, I feel like time is ticking away. I guess I'm just wondering is there hope? I hope I've come to the right place to post, I'm sorry if it isn't.
