Tips for dealing with 1st trimester anxiety?
My husband and I are pregnant for the third time following two miscarriages. I’m so stressed and anxious and I know it won’t help anything but I can’t seem to let go no matter what I do. I’m even having vivid nightmares. I’ve never had a problem with anxiety so I have no clue how to cope. It’s so early we haven’t even had our first appointment yet. 😭 Ideas? Tips on what has helped those who have been in this situation?
