is it okay to drink 3 cups of tea a day??

my mum said i shouldn’t be but i didn’t think tea had that much caffeine in it. I use to  drink 4 coffees a day so i feel like this is better than  coffee

Check to see how much caffine in in your specific tea. But 4 cups sounds fine to me. Just make sure it doesnt go over200mg of caffine snd be cognizant of all the stuff with caffeine you eat/drink in a day

Check how much caffeine your tea has, but I think tea has much less than coffee, so I’d expect it to be fine. You could also check what herbal teas are safe and maybe try one of them instead.
