Late period - so confused

Last year i was pregnant and found out it was twins. We lost them in sept 2019. I was 6 months. Adter the lose, i went on birth control (nexplanon) to let my body heal, myself and my mind heal. So i had it for about 3 months and removed it in January this year. Got my 1st period and tracked my ovulation. Did the nasty deed 😉 durring ovulation and currently am 7 days late for my period. However!!!!!! Many many (cheap) pregnancy test has shown to be negative... im so confused. Should i spring for the more expensive test? Should i take this as a missed period due to idk? I NEVER missed a period, its not typical for me.... what do i do or think? I've taken the same kind of pregnancy test u would take at a doctors office (cause i work in one thats where i used a few) its also the same kind of test i took when i got pregnant last year.... any tips and ideas would help. Also, going to a doctors office wont help right now cause everything is locked down unless u ARE actually pregnant
