What would you do?

My daughter is 1.5 years old. Sometimes I let her play with toys in her crib. She throws ALL of them to the point now 2 of them are broken. I tell her No to stop being mean to the toys but she continues. Even when she is out on the floor or at my MIL she throws everything. Bottles, toys, etc. I don’t know if I should not give her anymore toys until she learns we don’t throw stuff or if I should give them to her because maybe she doesn’t understand??
