Looking for sunscreen for toddler

I used pink baby sunscreen from copper tone, the whipped kind. I’m pretty sure my son may be allergic to it, he broke out with bumps all over his back and has been incessantly scratching at his back and stomach for days. Soooo yea, we live in the south and it’s hotter than balls 🥵, we play outside almost everyday. We didn’t yesterday or the day before because it was actually a little chilly.
