Pain after pumping

Does anyone else get major pain on the next feeding after pumping. It hurts really bad the next 1-2 feedings after pumping. It normally doesn't hurt when feeding my son so not sure what i'm doing wrong. What is your experience and what did you do to make the experience better? I will have to pump to go back to work so want to make a change now before i have to pump constantly. I have 4 more weeks off.
