Side jobs, ways to save more $??

Question

I work full time and im a full time student and my hubby works too but i cant help but feel we wont ever be quiet prepared for the baby, im due may 24th, and i just want to save so much money but at the end of two weeks my paycheck doesnt leave much to save, any suggestions ladies? I know some friends who have done the itworks stuff but im not really a sales person. I just want the best for baby and to be able to get him or her anything and i feel everytime i can save some i get set back :/

If you feel up to it you could possibly swing a seasonal job somewhere. If you do- id recommend somewhere for the perks: baby clothes store, bra store, etc.

Can you cut bills somewhere? When we canceled our cable and home phone, we were able to add $250/month back into our budget for saving.

My first recommendation is if you don't have a written budget, make one asap. DH and I did a financial program a year and a half ago. We didn't think we had any extra money but found we were wrong, we were just not tracking where it all went.

I also work a second job, and at one point was in school to. I will warn you the second job after working full time is killer and there are a lot of days I just want to say screw it and not do my work, but I make it through sometimes with some complaining to DH.

I was working 50 hours plus school full time plus trying to train for a half marathon... I was exhausted! Def not worth all the stress of classes! I would say to not over do it unless your job allows you to do school work there. Just take it easy!

Definitely try to cut down on monthly expenses wherever possible, but also you can sell on Etsy if you're crafty, or you can go through everything at home, see what you can get rid of, and sell it on eBay!
