Embarrassing question

I am late four days and took a pregnancy test.. It's positive.. But I had very light blood for two days which I figure could be implantation bleeding..   it smells like something has rotten inside of me.. I know this is tmi but I'm freaking out. I won't have insurance for a few weeks. Has anyone had his before.
