How do I tell my parents I am pregnant?

I'm 22 years old, a senior in college and I graduate in May of next year. I recently had sex, I am on birth control except I skipped a few pills during the second week of my pack but made them up the following day after I forgot to take them. I had unprotected sex, he pulled out but I'm still worried about Precum. I start the placebo pills today, and eve says my expected period date is in three days. However, I'm freaking out. What if I don't get my period and I'm pregnant? How do I tell my parents? They're very traditional, conservative and religious which means they don't believe in sex before marriage. And I'm scared they may beat me if I am pregnant and tell them. I feel like they will most likely beat me and kick me out of the house then and there. I don't have any friends and I'm not even in a relationship with the man I slept with, he's just a friend and has a two year old daughter with another lady (not his gf or wife or anything). And I'm a full time student and I used to be employed, but I had to quit my job because since it's my last year in college I'm so busy with extracurriculars and projects. So my dad paid for my tuition, I'm living under his roof, he feeds me and buys me everything I need to be successful and that includes everything from books to basic necessities like food and clothes. I feel guilty I have gone against them and lied many times to them in order to go out and told them I was studying when I was really on dates or with my guy friend having sex. But, I have good grades in school, they haven't slipped. So, as of right now I'm jobless but I have been looking for a job. I need to plan for the worse and any advice on here would really help me out.

I would just say, if you're not pregnant be more careful in the future. If they are paying for absolutely everything for you, I would think that it's only decent to follow their rules. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but as a person going to both school and work full time... You should definitely appreciate what you have whether or not you are pregnant.

Hoping that if you are pregnant they are understanding and are willing to help you through it. There are lots of resources out there for single mothers if it doesn't work out well.

When I was on the pill, I went to a different state for a job and forgot my pills home... I didn't take them for 4 days in a row, than just continued taking them... Came home, had sex with my husband as usual, and he did cum inside me, never got pregnant :) if your boyfriend pulled out, and you fought up on your pills, you are 90% NOT pregnant :) don't worry and stress out! And remember, skipping a pill and catching up on it later will most likely mess your period a bit, so don't worry too much if you wil be late or something... But I think you should be fine :)

Ok first stop stressing! Second is it too late to see if you can get plan b? I'm not sure what the time frame is but you may still be able to take it.
I had the same thing happened to me when I was 18 - I was about half way through my month of for the pill, forgot to take one then I caught up.  Then had unprotected sex (where he pulled out). I went to the Dr the next day and he said it was unlikely I'd conceived but he recommended I stop the pill and induce a withdrawal bleed. But this will depend on how fat through the pack you are. Anyway nothing came of it. But you might want to use condoms if you're having casual sex - just to protect yourself from STI more than anything! Good luck.

When I was on bc, I missed a few myself. Never ended up pregnant. I stressed myself out so bad that I missed which made me stress out more. It's not worth the stress. Believe me. And I grew up in the same type of family, so I know EXACTLY what you are going through! Xoxo!

Don't worry yourself! I've been there before driving myself insane. Missing pills will mess up your cycle, throws it off a bit and stressing definitely will add to it. Your an adult and soon to be a graduate just be safe! I recommend maybe doing a differ kind of birth control, nuvaring or IUD.

Stressing will make it seem more like you're pregnant which will increase your likelihood of having a late period which will stress you more. Don't think about it till you have missed a period. Because you'll just continually stress
