Why is it to be delivered so late? It was ordered today? Shouldn’t it be standard shipping not like a month from now ? My baby will be here before the gifts 🙄 if this is true

Amazon has a lot of vendors from overseas, so it can take time to arrive on any order. Also, amazon announced that they're not prioritizing stocking anything right now except "essential items" like food and personal care items, so other items are taking longer to stock and deliver.

However, the shipping date is far out due to it being a non essential item. Therefore, it will not be rushed delivery.

I had to pick something to answer this... I literally searched baby and picked the first thing so please ignore that part.
I believe they are delaying orders that are not deemed essential for now since so many are having to order online right now. It could come sooner though! I ordered something that said it wasn't guaranteed to be here until April 22nd and it arrived on Thursday.

I ordered this wrap on Saturday and it told me the estimated date to received was April 30th. Today I received the package though. I think Amazon is giving longer shipping dates just in case due to everyone buying stuff online now. Just my thought though.

It says that but they are shipping stuff out pretty fast. I ordered my swing was not supposed to come till late april early may according to their date but it arrived in 4 days.
