What to do with ham steak

Question

My husband will usually eat ham steak but he kinda just feels meh about it. Is there a way I put put it into some kind of dish to kinda jazz it up a little?
The only thought I had was dicing it up and putting it in Mac and cheese.

-eggs ham frenchtoast
- Ham sandwich lettuce tomato mayo
-egg ham breakfast buritto
- spaghetti w/ ham peices
-beans season with ham
- Ham n egg breakfast sandwhich on hamburgers buns

I put a glaze on mine. Butter, mustard and brown sugar. I usually make corn bread with it. It’s delicious

I fry it up, you can chop it up and put it in soup beans, you can put it in eggs or soup or stuff it in chicken breasts like courdon blue( i didnt spell that right ?)
