Menstrual cramp feeling and back pain?

I’m 31 weeks. Since last night, I’ve been having menstrual cramp feelings that are sometimes constant and sometimes they come and go. My lower back also aches. Nothing too severe, but different. I’ve had Braxton Hicks since 19 weeks and they’ve never been painful. I just feel like I’m about to get my period. Should I be worried?

I had the EXACT same thing last night. I honestly thought I was in labor. I’m 32 weeks with my first. Some of the other mommies told me to call the dr and see what they have to say.

Omg I get this alongside killer siatica pain and pelvic pain, got knows how ima cope till full term. This is my second and I 100% did not feel like I’d been hit by a bus with the first! 
I actually end up breathing through some “menstral crampy” feels. Like ok this could actually be it but then it fades off when I rest. Might be our bodies telling us to take it a little easier also prepping for the big day  🤷🏽‍♀️
