False labor? Or start or labor?
So I’m almost 39 weeks
I started having stronger contractions out of no where like I have had BH before so either this was a BH or whatever else but the consistency has stopped but now my whole abdomen feels sore and crampy off and on along with my lower back?
Beginning of labor? Or false labor??
Also I’m sorry if this sounds stupid I’m a ftm
