Late period

My period is 2 weeks late. I have had an IUD since December but my period has only been a week late since then... I have been able to feel my iud inside of me which I know isnt normal and my strings are lower than they were right after getting it inserted. Also I did have spotting 1 week ago for a day but that's it. And not heavy enough to even get on my pad only when I wiped. Is there a possibility that I may be pregnant? Should I take a test?
