Sometimes she wakes up from each nap 10-15 minutes early but she’s pretty good about staying asleep. Very occasionally she’ll wake up once overnight to eat, if she didn’t eat a good dinner.

I put my daughter down for a nap between 9-10 am, depending on when she woke up, shooting for the first wake window to be between 2.5-3 hours. Second wake window I try to have be 3-3.5 hours, so usually down between 1-2 pm. She rarely naps more than an hour at a time and some days it’s even shorter. Bedtime is 7, I like her final wake window to be between 3.5-4 hours, but it usually ends up longer than that.
