Insecure when pregnant

Really random but did anyone else feel really insecure, disgusting and not very nice at all when pregnant? My partner very rarely compliments me or anything hasn’t for a while even before I fell pregnant and I just found out my partner was going to add someone he works with on Facebook but he didn’t because he thought she was to good looking and I wouldn’t like it. Like am I been stupid but that really hurt and I got quite upset about it? Obviously my hormones don’t help but just hearing him calling someone else good looking broke my heart a little 💔 am I been stupid or would you feel the same?
