Baby not sleeping

Someone needs to help before I go insane!!

So for some reason lately my little boy who is 3 month old will not sleep properly!! If I swaddle him he eventually starts thrashing about and starts crying. If I leave his arms out and give him a Muslin or soother blanket his arms just rub his face constantly knocking his dummy out every 3 minutes and then, you guessed it, more crying!! As soon as I pick him up, he stops wriggling and settled within minutes, it doesn’t matter the length of time I hold him for, as soon as I put him down it starts all over again 😫

I’m really suffering and need a good night sleep before I go INSANE.

Please please please someone give me some advice!!!
