Plus size TTC/pregnancy advice

Does anyone have and TTC tips while being plus size?

I do have concerns that my weight is going to be a problem while TTC. Also, a bit concerned not being able to find a plus size friendly doctor. Any advice on TTC and the pregnancy journey.
