Sleep training- get baby to fall asleep on their own without paci
Ok guys.
What methods did you use and what worked for you?
Currently I have to rock my baby to sleep with her paci to get her to sleep. I don’t mind it but every time her paci falls out I have to run and put it back in!
I would LOVE to just be able to lay her down and let her fall asleep on her own. Idk where to start.
She’s 6 months old
