Book recommendations on first foods/baby led weaning?

My little man is almost ready to start eating and I would love to have a great book to reference rather than google or pinterest! Any suggestions??

I don’t have any book recommendations as I simply don’t have the time anymore to read books but I found these two charts which were helpful to me, maybe they could be at use to you? I started off with one food at a time to make sure he wasn’t allergic and to see what he likes. I now mix oatmeal with my breast milk only as he only likes it with breast milk and i mix in a little fruit like bananas, pears or apples. We’re starting on veggies this week so far he like sweet potatoes (lol of course).
