GBS Positive @9Weeks

My Doctor did a urine sample I came back positive for a UTI and said I have Group Beta Strep.. she gave me antibiotics but she didn’t tell me much about it..

I’m freaking out i never been GBS positive in my past pregnancies😪i heard it’s rare to be GBS positive in pregnancy and most babies come out healthy but some can have serious problems .. someone please share your experience with me. I heard it can cause some problems with the baby developing.? Please help me ease my mind
