Pre-eclampsia, induction?!

Question

My blood pressure is high, so today I had to do some blood tests and a 24 hour urine test. 
If those come back saying I do have pre-eclampsia, does that mean induction right away? Or do they monitor it? I’m only 33 weeks! 
I had pre-eclampsia with my first and was induced 2 days later but I was 39 weeks...

It depends on how high your blood pressure is and how baby is doing.

I have hypertension which is basically just a small step before preeclampsia. They won't let me carry past 37 weeks and they monitor me every week just to make sure things dont get worse. If my blood pressure spikes anymore or the baby seems like hes in distress then I'll immediately be sent to the hospital and go from there.

I was able to wait till 39 weeks to be induced

I had severe pre eclampsia. I went to labor and delivery for swelling and high BP and was induced that night. I was 35 weeks
