I have diabetes and I’m 31 weeks pregnant!

So I found out that I do have diabetes and my numbers were very off the charts, my blood sugar is too high and baby is measuring bigger than normal. Can any of you mamas tell me what to expect? As far as diet and how early would I have to deliver and risk for c section? What was your diet like? How did you manage to get through it? I’m so worried and scared for the baby This is baby number 3 and I’ve never gone through this before so this is all new to me. My doctor did put me on a diet plan and I have to see him weekly to check on baby and to manage my sugar levels. I also do have to get the diabetic kit to draw my blood! All of this is scary and new to me! I would appreciate any feedback thanks!
