I am just lost

I had a miscarriage yesterday morning I was 7 weeks 2days... Due to COVID-19 I had to go to the doctors office alone for an ultrasound to confirm it. I am so sad, and in so much pain, my husband could seem to care less. I got a hug from him briefly before he went right back to his laptop and hid out all night in our loft. I'm alone, he hasn't even tried to help with our toddler so I can take a min to rest or process what just happened. Everything feels fucking dark and hopeless
