Am I wrong here?

So we have three dogs.. a pitbull, German Shepherd, and a border collie/golden. We used to live in a semi nice house but didn’t really care too much about it. We now live in a beautiful ranch house and I would like to keep it nice. When we moved in, they forgot they were potty trained. They ruined our new carpets and we had to get them cleaned. So after this they were outside all day and then brought in at night. They still pissed, except the pitbull. My husband had this pitbull before me and he is older. But he still runs around outside all over his shit and piss. And then gets his white hair all over my couch. The other two are able to sleep in the kitchen now. And I want to transition the pitbull to the kitchen because we’re having a baby and I don’t want dander all over. I’m also getting tired of cleaning dog hair and the smell makes my pregnancy nose light on fire. Am I being unreasonable for wanting all dogs outside during the day and they go inside the kitchen at night, even though the older pitbull is used to sleeping on the couch? I don’t even want to sit on the couch it’s so nasty and embarrassing when people come over.
